We have always cooperated with the most important national and international trade associations because we are convinced this acknowledges our commitment to protect the environment by developing eco-compatible products and contributing to increase the awareness of each individual towards nature.
Getting involved in the activities of these associations gives us the opportunity of being spurred on by – and exchanging ideas with – experts in the industry as well as the general public, to develop new projects and coordinated actions for the future, well aware that this means sharing knowledge and professionalism.
Aiel is a multi-trade association that includes all the companies involved in the wood-energy chain; it represents the industry and works at a national level. In 2012, some Italian household appliance manufacturers established GAD (Household Appliance Group). Our company is one of the founding fathers of this group and we are engaged in its coordination bodies because we deeply believe in the associative spirit and that the current situation will never change without the active participation of all those involved.
We have been partners of BioEnergy Europe (European Biomass Association) since 2008. This association promotes the removal of every technical or business barrier hindering the development of a bioenergy market open at a European level.
Its activities are performed through Working Groups (7 at the moment) each of which is focused on the information travelling between organisations at an institutional level, between experts of the industry and other associations.
The Working Group we belong to deals mainly with small-sized domestic heating appliances.
